Our accident rate has decreased since we implemented our drug-free workplace program around five years ago. Pre-employment testing could be one reason, as prospective employees understand that we test “up-front” and are dissuaded from even applying with Shoemaker. Maintaining a Drug-Free Workplace Program

Working Partners® offers a full-range of employee education and supervisor training classes for new drug-free safety programs as well as refresher classes to fulfill annual compliance obligations such as the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation's continuing education requirement.

Working Partners® clients receive consultation and critical updates on policy, programs and compliance reporting as well as technical assistance and troubleshooting services.
