Help is truly only a phone call away with Working Partners®. We have found ourselves in some difficult situations since we implemented job site randoms that include subcontractors and it seems to happen invariably on Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm! Working Partners® has always been exceptionally cooperative in helping me to work through difficult situations patiently staying with me until I am comfortable handling them. They even call a few days later to check and see how matters worked out and if they can be of further assistance.

Alcohol or other drug use affects your bottom line
  • Businesses whose employees are abusing alcohol or other drugs lose millions of dollars annually through chronic absenteeism, lost productivity and theft.
  • Businesses whose employees abuse alcohol and other drugs pay 300-400 percent more in medical claims and benefits usage. Half of all workers' compensation claims files nationwide involve alcohol or other drug use.
  • Businesses that keep a keen eye on the bottom line reap financial benefits through heightened legal protection, workers' compensation and insurance discounts and operational grants when they implement and maintain a drug-free workplace.

Drug Testing in the Workplace is Critical : Because 79% of Drug Users are Working.

Statistics show that 47% of workplace accidents that result in serious injury and 40% of workplace accidents that result in death involve drug and/or alcohol use. Therefore, it is universally accepted that a drug-free workplace (DFWP) is essential for safety-minded employers.

A DFWP program is much more than drug-testing in the workplace. An effective DFWP program consists of five components that, together, provide a full, comprehensive management and training program designed specifically to meet the needs of your company.
