Working Partners® has a comprehensive array of venues for delivering employee education which includes "best-in-class" Training-of-Trainer courses and system support, onsite training, as well as generic and interactive webinar classes which serve multiple employers at a time.
Our courses qualify for compliance (Department of Transportation, state requirements, etc.) and dollar savings such as insurance, workers' comp discounts, safety grants and other grants for programming.
Drug-Free Workplace Education for Employees
DFWP Employee Education
Duration: 1-2 hours
Conducted at Working Partners® headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, these 1 and 2-hour drug-free workplace education courses are taught to employees from companies that not using a TOT model. The classes can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place. These courses can be taught in English and Spanish.
Interactive Employee Education Webinar
Duration: 2 hours
These drug-free workplace training sessions are scheduled on a generic (employees from several companies at one time) or on a company-specific basis and are administered live by a Working Partners® trainer applying both audio conferencing and a real-time web presentation. To further participant involvement, retention and the overall educational objective, the trainer constantly engages participants with polls, quizzes and chats. This is a 2-hour course can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place.
Onsite Employee Education
Duration: 1-2 hours
Working Partners® has fully-qualified DFWP program trainers with cumulative experience in excess of 420,000 hours to provide education in clinical and operational issues for both employees in an engaging and meaningful way. In addition, Working Partners® trainers are knowledgeable and qualified to provide policy (legal, human resource and cultural) issues education for employers. This course can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place.
