The Spanish EE's really appreciated the training. Three of the Spanish employees passed a message onto Reema wanting her to know how much they appreciated the company considering them enough to do a special training that they could understand. Example, she said that no one ever told them what would happen if there would be an accident. Reema said Diana really connected with the employees and she is so glad she did the training.

Drug-Free Workplace Program Administrator (P.A.) Course

This 2 -4 hour course, taught in the classroom and on the web, was designed to assist the Program Administratorin maintaining an efficient and effective drug-free workplace program. Special emphasis is placed on liability issues, the operations surrounding testing and employee assistance, and time-saving ideas. Course is suitable for those with extensive experience administering DFWP programs who want to sharpen their skills, and those new to the role.

Drug-Free Workplace Fundamentals Course

Companies preparing to implement a drug-free workplace program or in the process of policy/program development are suitable for this half-daycourse. Participants will learn the basics of what constitutes an effective drug-free workplace program, with special emphasis on legal issues; rights of the employee; theprocess and reliability of alcohol/drug testing; and the "ins and outs" of referring employees for assistance; and more.

Drug-Free Workplace Program Operations Course

This course is designed to help participants increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their drug-free workplace programs. Topics of discussion include: working with vendors; establishing procedures for post-accident, reasonable suspicion and random testing; creating a "hassle-free" education/training system for employees and supervisors; and more. Course is suitable for companies currently implementing a drug-free workplace and for those with established programs in place.

Training of Trainers (TOT): Employee Education Refresher Course

This three (3) hour course provides continuing education and coaching to those who previously attended the Working Partners® Training of Trainers course for Employee Education. Course materials include a new module of employee education (i.e. PowerPoint presentation) and additional employee exercises and handouts.

Training of Trainers (TOT): Supervisor Training Refresher Course

This three (3) hour course provides continuing education and coaching to those who previously attended the Working Partners® Training of Trainers course for Supervisor Training. Course materials include a new module of supervisor training (i.e. PowerPoint presentation) and a CD of audio scenarios for processing.
