An effective drug-free workplace (DFWP) program consists of five drug abuse prevention components that, together, provide a full, comprehensive management and training program designed specifically to meet the needs of your company.

These five drug abuse prevention components are:

Supervisor Training
Employee Education
An Employee Assistance Plan of Action
Drug and Alcohol Testing (as appropriate)
